Campaign

New Annual is a ten-day contemporary art festival located in the centre of Newcastle.

Working with contemporary dancer, Lilian Steiner, we utilised a combination of  motion-capturing technology and VFX  to transform performer Lilian’s movement into an undulating 3D liquid mass that makes its way across the beachside city. This energetic and evolving form became an apt representation of the festival’s offering, and of Newcastle’s colourful creative community.
